Shop closed. Call still comes in. We pick up in the shop’s name, take name / address / what’s broken, book the next open window, text the owner a recap. One book. Hours in AM/PM from their site.

Independent local shops that still take jobs by phone. Owner / GM / ops named on the official site. Easier yes: HVAC, plumbing, auto. Harder: restaurants still on the phone (no live OT / Resy / Tock / SevenRooms). Law firm vertical (Hayes & Chen) is intake-callback, not legal advice.

Email-first. One-to-one from Barry’s Gmail after Legal PASS and after Barry says send for a named batch. Small batch. Default 3 looks. Phone-only shops are KEEP, parked — not a drop.

• In: after-hours answer, book next open, SMS window to the shop, fake-shop demo, email outreach when Barry says.
• Out: their live line (not yet), Fuller / that Retell agent, cold-call blitz, autodial, SMS as first touch, inventing names or hours, TestFlight/App Store for this product.
• Later: new DID when Barry says money/go-live. Real calendar. Voice-app agent hook.

Success

One extra completed job pays the month. Year-1 without a closer is 15–25 shops, not 84. 84 × $199 ≈ $200k ARR is the path, not a forecast.
