## Job
Answer after the shop’s printed close. Take name, what is broken, book the next morning window. One book across voice, text, and web. Hours in AM/PM.

## Price
$199/mo proposed. Not billed. No Stripe. No live DID.

## Three tracks
1. Research / marketing / leads. Independent trades that close ~5; phone is still the book; $199 vs one missed emergency job. Named apps live at other-apps. Leads stay research. TM372. No shop email until Talk works.
2. Prototype. Retell web-call first, then the shop app.
3. Rollout. Copy one template per type to a client folder. Test the call. Forward later.
