Money path
Ash + Quiet (or Ash + Black Lantern) over M24–30. Not year one. Need ~3.3M monetized long-form views/mo at ~$5 RPM for ~$16.7K/mo.
Phase 1 (Sage, no Barry)
Brand kits · Claude → Piper → OpenArt → ffmpeg → private/unlisted draft · Ash 2/wk · Quiet 2/wk · originality checklist every time.
Phase 2
YPP on Ash then Quiet before Feb 1, 2027. Barry clicks AdSense/tax when ready.
