Templates

Live: /grok/receptionist/<type>-template/

Mac: ~/apex/receptionist/projects/<type>-template/

Copy that tree to ~/apex/receptionist/projects/<client-name>/. One template per type. software-template is Office IT — draft until Design and QA score it.

Tickets

Trackmint. TM372, TM373, TM374 are today’s. No GitHub issues. GitHub is only to save code.

Deploy

From the CoS computer. SSH vps-hub → /var/www/html/grok/receptionist/. rsync static HTML. chmod 644 files, 755 dirs. No --delete of the whole receptionist dir. No nginx restart. Never Wix. Never Fuller.

Track 1

Research lives on the hub and at /grok/receptionist/findings/. Named apps at /grok/receptionist/other-apps/. Leads stay research. TM372. No shop email until Talk works. Never Fuller.

Talk before app

Retell web-call first. Then the shop app. No shop email until Talk works.

Chat

Two lines. Do not nag freeze / need-you / nothing. Do not re-ask locks. Claude Code is not on the CoS computer yet — CoS builds.

Council

Competing design. Reviewer who did not write it. Then QA. Do not ship a mock as the company site before that.
