What it does
Scope contracts — every ticket states ASKED FOR / IN SCOPE / OUT OF SCOPE before work starts. No scope creep.
Time tracking — log hours per ticket, see exactly where every hour went, and generate time reports per client.
Ship stamps — every deploy gets a verifiable record: what shipped, when, by whom. 40+ releases stamped so far.
Status board — Intake to In Progress to Done, live across every active project at once.
Client isolation — each client or project is separate. Work stays tidy; no cross-contamination.
